Mix Martial Arts
Our Mix Martial Arts (MMA) program covers a broad spectrum of kicking, boxing, clinch, takedowns, grappling and ground fighting training drills for a complete mixed martial artist enthusiast.
Attire Shorts (no cargo shorts), T-shirt (no shirts with buttons) and rash guards. If sparring is involved additional equipment such as 14/16 oz gloves, shin pads, headgear, a mouth guard, groin protection, MMA and Boxing gloves must always be worn. Join us for a fast-paced, high-energy workout incorporating the most traditional and practical of martial arts. Our program is great for the seasoned competitor and interested novice alike. All ages are welcome. Our devoted instructors will work with you whether your goal is to improve your cardio, or prepare for a tournament.
