Youth/Adult Taekwondo Program
Anyone can learn Taekwondo it doesn’t matter how old they are. We encourage the participation of women, men, children, parents, and grandparents. Physical activity and an active lifestyle can make you feel and look younger, and the emotional rewards are as beneficial as the physical. At Chu’s Martial Arts you learn at your own pace with little or no pressure. Our staff will ensure that your training is comfortable and enjoyable; can’t touch your toes? Don’t! Know your limitations and work with them, because you are competing with yourself and not the rest of the class. Remember this if you are the oldest in the class don’t let it bother you. Age is respected in martial arts, and you are also setting an example you are never too old to try something new. Our classes give you a new way to achieve extraordinary physical fitness by combining cardio training and strength training.
