Sahar is a kickboxing instructor at Chu’s Martial Arts. She is registered with Kickboxing Canada as a certified level 3 instructor. She is a huge fitness enthusiast!
She began her fitness journey 10 years ago and has never looked back. Fitness helped her gain strength and courage, as well as taught her to ignore negativity – enabling her to feel strong mentally and physically! She is passionate about sharing the benefits of fitness and helping people become fit, healthy, and strong.
Her goal is to inspire people to experience the immense benefits that a healthy lifestyle and fitness training can bring.
