Our Program
You are never too old to start your fitness journey. You can kick and punch your way through the stress of life! Have fun and get into shape while learning real Martial Arts! M.A. Fit is an intense fat burning, heart pumping, cardio kickboxing workout! This class incorporates the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, bag kicking, and medicine ball training in order to improve your strength and tone your body.
Our classes are Wednesdays and Fridays from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM, and Sundays from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
